Program Information Eligibility

Students must have completed 12th Standard (HSC) from a recognized board for diploma or undergraduate programs. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) requires a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Duration

D.Ed. / Diploma in Elementary Education – 2 Years

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – 2 Years

M.Ed. (Master of Education) – 2 Years (after B.Ed.)

Ph.D. in Education – 3–5 Years (after M.Ed.)

Counselling Process

State-level counselling for D.Ed. and B.Ed. courses. Merit-based admission based on 12th marks for D.Ed. and undergraduate marks for B.Ed. Some colleges conduct entrance exams (like TET – Teacher Eligibility Test) for eligibility and selection.
